Overview
We are looking for community moderators who understand developer communities and can keep discussions useful without turning moderation into bureaucracy.
What You Would Do
- Review reports and moderation queues
- Keep conversations constructive and on-topic
- Help identify repeat abuse patterns or spam activity
- Coordinate with admins on escalations
What We Are Looking For
- Calm judgment
- Clear written communication
- Enough platform familiarity to understand context
- Reliability over raw activity volume
Compensation
This is currently a volunteer position. You can contribute whenever you have time, and consistency matters more than fixed weekly hours.
