Incident Details: He asked me to re-make o a old website that does not exits anymore and get the design from web.archive.org and also make it with bootstrap and add some extra features. After job was done he got offline and never respond to any of my messages. He didn't get the files since he didn't payed for them but i still invest time in the website.
Price was in EUR not USD.
Known on Discord as OMG

As of 11.10.2023 he never responded back or be online on discord.
Site functions that he asked for:
News with comments (you post comments with game character as it was and is on retail)
Mini armory (show character items and professions and kills)
Real time web auction house (only browsing)
Store with items aka Shop
Buy coins for store using real money (via PayPal)
PS: We don't count as functions the login/register/change password/recover account since they must exists.
